How do we increase the patience?

Humans will never know what will come next. Sometimes we get what we want, and sometimes not. when we get what we want, we will feel the happiness. But if otherwise, then we will be sad, angry, or even despair.

God created man with their respective line. Life's journey will not be forever beautiful. There are many trials and tests that must be faced. When temptation comes, we have a powerful weapon to deal with it, ie patience. God always wants us to strive, to pray. He who determines the outcome.

The question is, when trials come, how we can remain patient? There are some things we can do to practice it, among others:
1. Take a deep breath and exhale slowly while looking at the sky when it feels that patience was exhausted.
2. Think that tough day will pass.
3. Think that there was no rain that will not subside.
4. Think that tomorrow is a new, better and beautiful day.
5. Remember always to God, everything is arranged by Him.
6. Accept that we are only human who has the limitation.
