Handling of Menopause on Women
Menopause is often the case that women feared. When a woman has entered a period of menopause, then she will not menstruate again, no longer producing eggs.
What is less recognized is that this is actually caused by one thing, namely reduced levels of the hormone estrogen in the body of deaf women experiencing menopause.

Decreasing levels of estrogen in the body affect the quality of her life, although symptoms can vary in every woman.
These hormonal changes result in the emergence of body symptoms such as joint pain & pain in my back, drying of the vagina (so that pain during sexual intercourse), it is difficult to stop urinating, mood disorders and high emotions that cause stress, in addition to the decrease in estrogen levels also cause tends to increase blood pressure, weight gain & increased levels of cholesterol. On the long-term complaints due to the decreasing levels of estrogen can cause osteoporosis, coronary heart disease, Alzheimer type dementia, stroke, colon cancer, tooth loss and cataract.

2. do not drink alcohol,
3. frequent exercise regularly,
4. eating healthy foods (especially those derived from soybeans as a source of phytoestrogens) &
5. enough sunlight.
